Located in San Francisco's world-famous Golden Gate Park, just steps from the Pacific Ocean, Queen Wilhelmina's Windmill, and the fabulous Dutch Tulip Garden, the Newly renovated Beach Chalet offers stunning views of our magnificent California coastline adorned with exceptional frescos painted in the 1930s, depicting scenes from the everyday life of the city and Golden Gate Park.
A combination of an open-air dining room and bar, featuring an inviting stone fireplace, fully retractable glass doors, and ceiling, this historic building provides an unmatched indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Beach Chalet is the only event site in San Francisco offering Pacific Ocean, Ocean Beach, and Golden Gate Park views. The menu features new Californian/American cuisine and on-premises brewed beer, crafted by our Brewmaster.

The Sunset Cove is a unique private room featuring glass sliding dividers allowing guests to enjoy the energy of the restaurant. This corner room features floor-to-ceiling windows positioned on the top level of the restaurant overlooking Ocean Beach. AV capabilities included 2 65’ TV with wireless connections.

Sunset Lounge
The Sunset Lounge is the perfect semi private space for a cocktail reception. This area has expansive windows facing the Pacific Ocean. Located on the Northern corner of the restaurant allowing easy access to our newly renovated Bar.

Park Atrium
The Park Atrium is a semi-private room facing North of the Park. This unique glasshouse overlooks the beautiful views of Golden Gate Park. The glass walls can be opened, allowing for fresh air flow (dependent upon the weather). The glass ceiling and natural light provide the sensation of being outdoors in GG Park amongst the Redwoods: while providing the “creature comforts” of temperature control. The Park Outdoor Patio is located next to the Atrium and may be combined for an indoor/outdoor event. A/V features – (2) 32” screens and a ceiling-mounted projector and screen.

Park Greenhouse
The Park Greenhouse features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a glass ceiling, allowing guests to enjoy incredible views of the Southside of Park Chalet and Golden Gate Park. The Greenhouse is a grand open space charged with natural light perfect for cocktail receptions and rehearsal dinners. The glass walls can be opened to allow for fresh airflow.

Park Outdoor Patio
Surrounded by Sequoias and the aroma of Golden Gate Park Redwoods and fresh ocean air, our Park Outdoor Patio provides the ideal ambiance to dine “Alfresco “. Connected to our Park Atrium, this additional half cover/ half open-air space, offers an easy transition from cocktails to a seated dinner.

Park Atrium, Green House, Patio, and Lawn (BUY OUT)
By combining the indoor Atrium and Green House with our Lawn, you and your guests will be surrounded by Sequoias, Redwoods, Golden Gate Park, and the roar of the Pacific Ocean. We can accommodate up to 300 seated and 550 for a reception. Tenting may be utilized to create additional shelter and temperature control.
