Cassava

Cassava is a French-Californian bistro in the heart of the historic North Beach neighborhood in San Francisco, semi-finalist of James Beard Foundation Award 2023.

Creative cuisine by the owner chef Kris Toliao is served in signature 3 course prix fixe dinner, 5 course tasting menu, a la carte dinner menu, and weekend brunch menus.

Co-owner beverage director and general manager Yuka Ioroi curates the beverage list and pairing menu, mainly from the classic regions of France and other European wine producing areas as well as sake from Japan.

The open kitchen and airy restaurant with tall glass windows throughout is situated on the iconic corner of world famous Columbus Ave and Vallejo St, a quintessential essence of San Francisco that charms everyone.
