Blackened steel and boxwood-filled brass planters flank an exterior courtyard facing the Bay, with outdoor heaters to keep guests comfortable on cooler San Francisco nights. Oversized custom enamel-top tables and black and gold tasseled umbrellas create a seamless transition from the main dining room to the patio outside.

Bar Lounge

The essence of Miller and Lux is captured in each detail of the bar and lounge, from custom routed panels inspired by charred wood to oxblood-hued booths and a striking checkerboard floor. Antique mirrors diffuse and reflect dramatic lighting from tiered chandeliers dripping with Swarovski crystal beading. Guests will notice a more contemporary vibe in this space, which blends high energy with intimacy between a lively bar setting and discreet nooks in the lounge beyond.

Guests in the main dining room will be instantly transported to a nostalgic atmosphere of mid-century California glamour in this timeless yet dramatic Ken Fulk-designed setting, complete with generous caramel leather booths, dramatic floor-to-ceiling fluted columns and hand-crafted burnished brass accents. Each seat in the house has been carefully curated to watch the action, as elegant gueridon carts roll through the dining room for intimate tableside service featuring Miller and Lux’s signature Caesar salad and Dover Sole. From the golden glow of custom chandeliers to the expert, refined team service, dining in the steakhouse is an experience unlike any other in San Francisco today.
